There is nothing better than a home-cooked meal made with fresh ingredients. We have tried many products to simplify the task of grating the cheese - the box grater, the hand-held grater, the mandolin, and plenty more that aren’t sharp, don’t work well or are too complicated to set up. Usually, we would resort to the old-fashioned box kind that takes forever and requires a lot of elbow grease. Until now! This is one of my favorite kitchen finds!
